Support Women's Health
DonationsWomen's Health Victoria's Deductible Gift Status enables us to receive donations for which donors are able to claim a tax deduction for gifts or donations to the value of $2 or more. Unless otherwise specified by a donor, all donations to Women's Health Victoria will go into the Women's Health Victoria Fund. If you would like to support women's health by making a donation to us, please contact us on (03) 9662 3755 or print a copy of our donation form . BequestsHave you ever considered making a bequest to Women's Health Victoria in your will? If you are not in a position to help now but are committed to making a healthy difference to future generations of women, making a bequest to Women's Health Victoria will ensure that priority issues in women's health continue to be pursued. If you would like to support women's health by making a bequest, please contact us on (03) 9662 3755 or print a copy of our bequest form . Women’s Health Victoria FundDonations or bequests to Women's Health Victoria are processed and managed through the Women's Health Victoria Fund which is a sub fund of the Melbourne Community Foundation. The Melbourne Community Foundation is an independent public foundation established in 1997 within which sub funds are set up. Its mission is to generate and distribute philanthropic resources to address emerging social issues and meet the needs of our communities. The Women's Health Victoria Fund is administered through the Melbourne Community Foundation and managed by a WHV nominated Advisory Committee. The current policy on funds distribution is to build the capital to a point of being able to have meaningful amounts to disburse on a regular basis. The Fund is a cost effective way of managing donations and bequests, and the investment and distribution of the monies. It is an attractive option for donors and those considering making a bequest as it ensures the bequest is directed to women's health in perpetuity: that is in the event that WHV no longer exists.
