This edition of the Clearinghouse Connector profiles information resources that explore the issue of Women and Financial Security

There is growing interest in the association between financial disadvantage and poor health. Financial security depends largely on access to a continuous reasonable income. Women are more likely to experience financial disadvantage because they may enter and exit the workforce to have children and are often in less well paid employment than men.
